Send 2 shipments with them one after another. First my 6 boxes from Austria to Dubai and then my wive's 19 boxes also from Austria to Dubai. Worked well 2 times. Bogdan was always super helpful and things went well. Of course don't expect the import customs people to work fast, just make sure you plan ahead and that you don't need things from the boxes too fast. But within 1-2 months they arrived and we are super happy.
We moved 2 crates containing mostly paintings and some delicate items of ceramic and stone.
